Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thermostat in the room worked correctly keeping the room temperature as desired. Double television in the bathroom is a nice touch, but would be better on a swivel. Location is great, right around the corner from the train station and comfortable to walk into the centre of Foligno.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach the city centre quickly on foot. There is free parking, but too few for all guests. However, the staff are very keen to find a solution. The room was quite large and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast offer was also very good.

Its location was great, in a quiet residential street but within walking distance of the centre. Finding it and parking were easy. It was a fine, renovated building. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, again with excellent staff looking after us. Room was comfortable and spacious with efficient a/c and there was a pleasant outside area. Foligno itself was an unexpected treat, such a nice place to walk around with excellent eating and drinking opportunities.

Wonderful Hotel with a fantastic room with good breakfast in the morning. Additionally was amazing to use the spa and massage facilities too.

Superb location. The room was very nice and cleaned every day. I strongly recommend to have the "health path" in the room with sauna, Jacuzzi where you can relax and stay on your own for 90 minutes, with fresh fruit and relaxing music. Mr. Anil at the reception was very kind, suggesting us where to eat and what to visit. Thanks a lot! Matteo and Micaela
